About Children's Mercy Jet
America's only charitable Air Ambulance for Children
CHILDREN'S MERCY JET provides free medical air transport on a first-come, first-served basis. To qualify a patient must:
- be under the age of 18.
- be non-ambulatory.
- require medical care en route.
- need to travel long distances.
- lack the financial resources or insurance coverage to pay for a commercial air ambulance service.
CHILDREN'S MERCY JET operates on a first-come, first-serve basis and may take several days to several weeks to schedule and prepare a mission.

Steps to follow in planning a flight:

CHILDREN'S MERCY JET at 1-530-518-4887 between
8:00am and 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time Monday thru Friday. We can answer any
questions you might have and make a preliminary determination as to whether or
not we can accommodate the patient's needs.
If the mission is within our
capabilities, we will fax to you several forms and a check list that will
explain the information that we will need about your patient.
